James Quinn

AssocRICS

James studied the SAVA school of surveying achieving a Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation through ABBE (Awarding Body of the Built Environment). He’s a RICS Associate Member and valuer specialising in residential surveys and valuation.

John Quinn

FRICS

John is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is General Practice Surveyor. He has worked in the surveying profession for almost 50 years, originally working in private practice before spending 25 years in financial services.

Martin Taylor

MRICS

Martin is a RICS-registered valuer who provides a wide range of valuation services including mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys. He can also provide private and commercial property reports for courts and legal advisers.

Ian Comley

MRICS

Ian graduated from Salford University, in 1984, with a degree in Building Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1986. Most of Ian’s work producing building surveys homebuyer reports, along with surveying older buildings.

Matthew Wragg

AssocRICS

Matt has a Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation through ABBE and is a fully qualified RICS Associate Members. He provides a wide range of valuation services across Stroud, Bristol and surrounding areas.

Alex Odell

MRICS

Alex qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2010 and is a member of the RICS and a RICS-registered valuer. He undertakes residential surveys and valuations throughout Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds.
