GB Home Surveys is an award-winning, independent RICS-regulated practice of surveyors and valuers, with over 30 years’ experience helping clients make informed decisions about their properties. From our head office in Gloucestershire and local offices across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, our team combines extensive surveying experience with in-depth knowledge of the local property market. We believe that a good survey is about more than simply providing a report. Our team is here to guide you through the process, explain our findings clearly and be available to answer any questions you may have.

Kieran Foggett
CEO
Having built and grown a successful independent surveying practice, Kieran brings extensive experience as both a business leader and RICS Surveyor and Valuer. As CEO, his focus is on the continued development of GB Home Surveys, investing in its people, systems and services while maintaining the personal approach of an independent surveying practice. Kieran is passionate about ensuring clients feel supported throughout the entire process, from their initial enquiry through to receiving their report and discussing the findings with their surveyor.
Andrew Ord
Managing Director
Andy joined GB Home Surveys in 2023 as Business Manager, bringing with him 13 years’ experience running his own surveying business. Since joining, he has played a significant role in developing the business and shaping the company it is today. Now Managing Director, Andy leads the day-to-day running of GB Home Surveys and supports the wider team with his personable and approachable leadership style. Andy is passionate about maintaining a client-first culture across the business, ensuring that the service provided by our office team is matched by the quality and detail of the reports delivered by our surveyors.
Bradley Pugh
Customer Service Executive
Since joining GB Home Surveys in 2022, Brad has helped clients throughout their journey, ensuring the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible from initial enquiry through to completion. With a strong attention to detail, Brad works closely with Libby to provide excellent customer service, while also supporting projects, processes and system improvements behind the scenes. Outside of work, Brad is a keen golfer, although if anyone has any spare golf balls, he would probably appreciate those more than the clubs!
Libby Jessett
Customer Service Executive
Since joining GB Home Surveys in 2023, Libby has set a high standard for the customer experience we provide. As one of the main points of contact for our clients, her warm, friendly and knowledgeable approach helps put people at ease from their very first conversation. From initial enquiry through to arranging the inspection and receiving the final report, Libby is there to guide clients through the process, answer questions and ensure they feel looked after every step of the way. Outside of work, Libby is partial to an Aperol Spritz, so you’ll always know what to get her if you’re buying!
Ian Comley
RICS Senior Surveyor and Valuer
Since qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor over 40 years ago, Ian has built a wealth of experience while maintaining a personal approach with every client. As our longest-standing member of the team, Ian has been with GB Home Surveys since 1996 and specialises in RICS Level 3 Surveys, with particular experience in historic, heritage and older properties across the South West. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Ian is always happy to discuss his findings following an inspection, helping clients understand the condition of their property and proceed with clarity and confidence.
Martin Taylor
RICS Senior Surveyor and Valuer
Known within the team as our valuation specialist, Martin has been with GB Home Surveys since 2006 and brings extensive experience across RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys and a wide range of residential valuations. Based in South Gloucestershire, Martin has an excellent knowledge of properties and local markets across the M5 corridor. His meticulous approach ensures clients receive detailed, considered advice tailored to their property. Always happy to help, Martin’s calm and approachable manner puts clients at ease, providing clarity and reassurance throughout the surveying process.
Alex Odell
RICS Surveyor
& Valuer
Alex is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys alongside residential valuations. Since joining GB Home Surveys in 2021, Alex has helped countless clients with his professional approach and clear, concise advice. Based in Bristol, he has extensive experience surveying a wide variety of properties, from 18th-century cottages to modern homes. Alex takes pride in providing detailed, comprehensive reports and helping clients clearly understand the condition of their future home, giving them confidence in their next steps.
Felicity Thomas

& Valuer
Known to the team as “Ticky”, Felicity has been a valued member of GB Home Surveys since 2019 and is well known for her friendly, personable approach with clients. Covering South Wales, Felicity specialises in RICS Level 2 Surveys and residential valuations, providing comprehensive reports that are clear, easy to understand and delivered efficiently. Her approachable manner and commitment to client care are regularly reflected in the fantastic feedback she receives, helping clients feel reassured and confident throughout the surveying process.
Edward Elliston
RICS Surveyor and Valuer
Covering the Three Counties, Ed has been a valued member of GB Home Surveys since joining the team in 2024, bringing a friendly and client-focused approach to every inspection. Specialising in RICS Level 2 Surveys and residential valuations, Ed provides detailed and thorough reports while helping clients understand the condition of the property they are purchasing. His approachable manner and clear advice help guide clients through the property-buying process with greater clarity and confidence.
Matthew Wragg
RICS Surveyor and Valuer
With a background in mechanics, Matt has always had a sharp eye for detail, a quality reflected in the comprehensive RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Survey reports he provides. Based in Stroud, Matt has been part of GB Home Surveys since 2019 and combines a thorough approach with an efficient turnaround, ensuring clients receive clear and detailed advice about their property. Once the report is complete, Matt is always happy to personally talk clients through his findings, answer any questions and help them proceed with clarity and confidence.
Rob Crebbin
RICS Surveyor and Valuer
Rob joined GB Home Surveys in 2025 and quickly embraced our client-first approach to surveying. Friendly and approachable, Rob takes pride in making the surveying process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Covering Gloucestershire, Rob provides clear, jargon-free reports, helping clients understand the condition of their property and feel confident about their next steps. Outside of surveying, Rob has a passion for music and regularly performs at festivals and events with his rock band.
